We will accept free issued kits of parts or can offer a full parts procurement service.
PCB Rework
We carry out PCB Rework, including Track/Wire Modifications & Fitting/Replacing parts such as SM Passives, Fine pitch ICs, QFNs & BGAs.
Cable Assembly
We offer low volume Cable Assembly services ranging from simple Wiring Looms to complex Harnesses. We are experienced in fitting all types of connectors from Multi Pole Headers through to Mil Style & Aviation Connectors.
Electro Mechanical Assembly
If you have a Product or Box Build design that requires manufacturing, we can provide a complete assembly service including sourcing; machining/sheet metalwork, painting/anodising, printing/screening.
Prototype Assembly
We can assist with assembling Prototype Designs & Test Equipment. This could range from making up Vero Stripboard Circuits through to complete packaging of an Electronic/Electro Mechanical design. We are happy to work from simple sketched designs right through to full assembly documentation.
